4. Payment Terms

• • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless agreed in writing.
• • We reserve the right to withhold deliverables in the event of non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables. Vision Thoughts retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vision Thoughts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
